Delivery And Refunds Policy

Instant Email Delivery:

When the client places an order with us, the client will get an immediate delivery to his email box (ensure the email address is correct at checkout to receive products and services without delay).

The 14-day refund period begins from the close date of purchase. Please note that any License-Keys provided will be deactivated upon completion of the refund process.

AssitYou is not liable when the product cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer data or due to external factors.

Refunds Policy:

The client will have the right to waiver the contract, without justified cause, within a period of Fourteen (14) days starting from the date of acceptance of the contract and the start of the contracted goods or service. In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the client must contact us by email, to: info@assistyou365.com, and in his notice, he must states the following information: customer information (first name, last name, address, email address, phone number) and order reference.

If the client exercises his statutory right of cancellation, we refund any sum paid in connection with the cancelled order as soon as possible and in any case within a period of thirty (30) days, beginning with the day on which the notice of cancellation was given.

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • The full cost of the installation, configuration and initial services, if this has been provided prior to the waiver and reimbursement request.
  • The full cost of the proportion of time elapsed and made use of between the start of the contract and the waiver request. In this sense, this will be understood as the amount of time that has passed and the time of the service, whether it’s been used or not.
